More and more machines are capturing more and more data. But who has the time to look at the individual data streams? With the early warning system SPC-Monitoring from DatenBerg GmbH, this task can be automated. The system analyzes all available parameters around the clock and notifies the responsible employees in case of trends, limit violations or conspicuous events. Different escalation levels can be taken into account and the right contact person is addressed depending on the error formation. The system not only saves time during analysis, but also detects possible errors at an early stage - directly when they occur. Compliance with process specifications can also be verified in the audit. If a limit value is exceeded, the reason can be stored directly in the system - any queries in the audit can thus be answered directly. In the case of certain error patterns, a recommendation for action can also be stored so that the employee is directly informed of suitable solution options.




The early warning system can be configured by QM and QS - programming knowledge is not required. A large selection of standard interfaces is available for the connection of measuring devices and systems.
